Orders submitted to dealer.kttape.com are usually shipped within 24-48 hours during normal Monday to Thursday business days. For example, an order placed Thursday at 8 pm would be received and processed on Monday. We are closed for all major holidays and do not ship on these days. If selecting expedited shipping, the order needs to be submitted by 12:00 pm Eastern Time to ship the same day. Weekend Delivery not available for expedited shipping. You will receive an email confirming we've received your order (please check your spam/junk folders if necessary).


If there is an item included in your order that has gone out of stock, you will receive an email with an ETA for the item(s) to ship from our warehouse. If that ETA is not acceptable, we will refund the value of the backordered items to your original form of payment and provide another suggestion where you can successfully purchase. You will also receive an email and confirmation with the refunded costs.

Return Policy

We accept returns 30 days after you order with us. You can send a request to support@kttape.com to request a return authorization for your order. Please include your name, order number, and reason for the return. The support agent will work with you, and provide the appropriate instructions to return the order.
